My protocol, I confess, has changed with my lifestyle and available finances, but here is a quick rundown. With a couple of exceptions, most are adaptable to your lifestyle.
First thing in the morning, I take my 3 dropperfuls of double extracted chaga mushroom tincture under the tongue (leave it for a few minutes). I then make my lemon water for the day (one lemon to a litre - 2 pints - of water). With this, I take my first supplements. I take hawthorn with my tamoxifen to lower the risk of clots. I also take 3 (500mg each) apricot kernel caps and 3 (350mg each) curcumin (I buy the one with bioperine and bromelian, both of which help to get the curcumin into the cancer cells).
For breakfast, I thoroughly beat up 3 tablespoons of yoghurt (I don't use the Budwig protocol's cottage cheese, as I can't find it in organic form and I insist on organic in everything) with a teaspoon of raw organic honey and 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil. Start with 1 tablespoon and build up during the week. To that, I add a chopped banana, 2 tablespoons of organic meusli, 1 tablespoon of organic dessicated coconut and a tablespoon of ground flaxseed.
Through the day, I eat at least 6 brazil nuts - they have selenium which stops cancer in its tracks. Crack them fresh if you can.
Lunch time, I often have just a sweet potato. It depends if I'm working or not. At work, sweet potato was the easiest. I cut out all bread, meat and dairy products (except for the morning yoghurt), only using goats milk or goats cheese.
Dinner is a salad platter. I have a heap of cabbage and a green salad with rocket, tomato, cucumber and whatever else I have on hand. Sometimes I'll have steamed veggies with it. As much broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower as you like! I make a salad dressing of 2 tablespoons of organic yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, a dash of goats milk and whatever seasoning I'm in the mood for... all beaten really well.
A decent time span after dinner when I no longer feel like I have a full stomach, I take my evening supplements. 3 dropperfuls of chaga, 3 apricot kernel capsules, 3 curcumin (hey, I like 3's!), one
Iodine (100mg) and 5 artemisinin (100mg each).
I must tell you at this point, that I have just recently added cannabis oil to my treatment. I won't go into detail with that yet, as it's new territory for me.
Last thing before bed, I put a compress on my lump (my lump is a surface lump)... I put hemp oil as a carrier oil on a cotton pad. I then put a couple of lemon grass essential oil drops and a couple of frankincense drops (both oils actively kill cancer cells). I tape the cotton pad to the lump area and sleep with it.
Do everything you can to alkalise your body... eat alkaline... avoid acid like the plague. There are many charts online and phone apps that will guide you. Initially, I was taking baking soda baths -
Epsom Salts work well too. Your skin absorbs the alkaline.
Avoid flouride... no tap water and swap out your toothpaste for non-flouride toothpaste.
That's my protocol as it stands right now. Every person is different and every cancer is different. Listen to your body. It will tell you if you're doing right :) I'm excited, as my tumour is SHRINKING!!
