Well, I've been eating for what? Eight days now and have lost another 3 lbs.!
Of course, I am eating awfully wonderful, healthy stuff... lots and lots of fresh fruits and veggies, juices, chicken breast and FISH!
Breakfast is always fruit and yogurt, and OJ. Whiz that all together into a smoothie--that's good too!!
Lunch--take a big fresh red tomato and slice that up, slice up a cucumber, slice up a half chicken breast, maybe an avocado... drizzle all that with flax oil, lemon juice, garlic and CAYENNE (of course)... a little
Sea Salt or Bragg's aminos...
Dinner--gee, the other night I had the famous 9.95 lobster tail dinner!! Came with beautiful veggies and a little rice and beans. I thought I died and went to heaven! (One of those dishes I watched other people eat during my fast and just knew it would be there when I wanted it and--- guess what! There it was!)
Dinner-- I ALWAYS love the veggie soup, with extra cayenne... today I made whole grain oat bread, and will have a hunk of that with my soup.
GAZPACHO! OH is it good, ice cold!
I could go on, but you get the idea.
The bottom line, I still feel bionic energy, still feel I am continuing to cleanse, and am LOVING the food I eat!
And have lost weight...
Whaddaya know!
