Based on your history of liver problems, the following may be helpful for you in treating your parasitic infection.
Ref: Fluke Protocol - Praziquantel & Albendazole: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1667673#i
I suspect your history of liver issues & current discomfort may be caused by a colony of liver flukes and possibly other species of flukes that migrate to organs & systems in the genitourinary & gastrointestinal tracts.
Since your liver is impaired & you exhibit no other symptoms of a systemic infection in other areas of your body, suggest you stop taking the Albendazole.
Continue the Praziquantel, as noted in the protocol: 1 dose, 3 times daily, evenly spaced 6 hrs apart for 3 days. Rest liver for 7 days. Repeat this treatment cycle 2 more times. Flukes are very difficult to erradicate, & continued treatment may be necessary.

Take Milk Thistle, 1 tab, 125mg, twice daily. This supplement helps to repair impaired liver functioning & provides support in eliminating toxins. Benefits of Milk Thistle: http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-milk-thistle.html
Take NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), 1 tab, 600mg, 3 times daily. Benefits of NAC:

"N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is an amino-acid derivative (small protein) with over 40 years of scientific research to back it up. NAC’s powerful health benefits derive from its ability to restore intracellular levels of glutathione (GSH), which is the body’s most powerful antioxidant.
Glutathione is a very powerful antioxidant that helps the liver to protect you against toxicity, and it is most needed by those with liver disease. The stress of chronic liver disease depletes glutathione and this is why supplementing with one of its precursors, NAC helps to protect against ongoing liver damage.
NAC is a modified form of the sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine. NAC replenishes intracellular levels of glutathione (GSH), which restores your cells’ ability to fight damage from free radicals known as reactive oxygen species."
Hope the above info helps you in your parasite battle.

Highly recommend NAC & Milk Thistle in your case. They heal impaired liver functioning & assist the immune system in reduciing the inflammatory response to infections -- which are big issues when treating flukes.
Your liver pains & fever were caused by toxins given off by the parasites' digestive processes. The immune & lymphatic systems kicked into high gear to combat & eliminate these wastes from the body, causing the inflammation & sore joints. As you continue 3-day cycles of Praziquantel treatment, these issues will eventually be resolved.
The body has a marvelous way of telling you with food cravings that certain elements of nutrition have been depleted by the voracious appetites of parasites & need replenishing. Your cravings have lessened because you've thinned out the herd of parasites somewhat.
Are you taking Praziquantel tablets or making your own gelcaps with the koi powder?
I found 600mg tabs at a reasonable price ($39.99 for 50 tabs). Let me know if you want to order, & I'll send you a PM.
What is the Kerri Riveras protocol & the CD you're taking?

Fluke Protocol: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1667673#i
For your fluke infection, suggest you take Praziquantel, 3 doses each day, 6-7 hrs apart, for 3 days, rest 4 days, & repeat.
Since you're unable to take Albendazole currently due to liver issues, this will drag out the treatment quite a bit, especially the systemic/synergistic effects that Albendazole provides.
If your infection is severe and/or you have more than one type of fluke, you may have to do 4 to 6 cycles of Praziquantel, so stock up on your meds arsenal.
I sent you a PM with ordering info for the Praziquantel tablets.
Good luck & keep the forum updated on your progress!
