Hey guys,
Long time listener, first time caller. I've been trying everything under the sun to get on the other side of this tinea versicolor/candida overgrowth during the course of the past two years (dietary restrictions; no sugar/flour/coffee/alcohol, colema board +coffee, oil pulling, parasite cleanse, liver flush, coconut oil fasts, detox baths, TONS of enzymes and herbs, et cetera) and am just now finally feeling like I am making some real progress... I decided to take a break from all the enzymes and herbs for the past week to see where I would settle, and I feel weird (like I'm tripping...) and am passing some weird shit, so to speak...
So, I've seen tons of pictures of ya'lls shit over the years, and now, I implore you-- I could sure use your help identifying what's going on with mine... Is this the root cause of my internal disharmony? Is this some sort of parasite? What are these little things? Anyone ever seen anything like this?
Appreciate you guys!

The short, wide, flat-shaped ones with a snout on one end look almost like intestinal flukes --- but the longer plump ones with skinny tails look like Whipworms (Trichus Trichiura)?!#
Whipworms are voracious blood suc***s. Has recent bloodwork shown low RBC, low B-12, and/or iron-deficiency anemia?
