I can give you some general advice and that is when dealing with candida and parasites, the key is not to starve the candida and
parasites to death, the key is to strengthen your own body to the point where your own immune system is strong enough to keep them under control and possibly destroy them completely. A very small percentage of people do well on the so-called "candida diet", but the overwhelming majority of people feel much worse overall on this type of diet. You want to choose the foods you eat based on how healthy and nourishing they are to your body and not whether or not they will feed candida. Carbohydrates are an essential macro-nutrient for all humans, although again there may be a small percentage that can survive and possibly thrive on a low-carb diet. Removing an entire macro-nutrient from your diet in most cases will very quickly decrease your overall level of health, not increase your health.
