Wow, I agree with everything you wrote. In my opinion the elimination portion is far more important than most people realize, it took even me a while. In my opinion the most difficult part can be clearing the islands of Lieberkuhn. I've observed that once this is done, major improvements occur and if dietary habit is subsequently cautiously executed, the polyamine and sulfide toxins put into the blood from bacterium lodged in these niche's will no longer bee produced and released to the blood. Those amines and sulfides kill the immune system. I was always lucky, i never ate much, when I grew up we didn't have much food. So even now at my age, I eat probably 1/3 the amount of food of the average American, but what I eat is high quality and costs more. So, eat less food that costs more, it evens out. Modern medicine is more about social control than it is about health, it is basically an insidious continuation of the eugenics programs put in place in the US in the 1920's. There is no other logical explanation. We know fluoride is a neurotoxin and poisons the body's catalysts called enzymes. Yet Iodine can be ingested in large amounts, no problem, I have taken over a pound of it myself with no trouble. When peopel have problems with taking iodine, that is merely a symptom of something being wrong somewhere else. There's a lot of info out there on how fluoride causes hypothyroidism, yet the health forum people and even a lot of licensed physicians seem to ignore it, and instead they blame iodine, because they are ignorant. It is what Dr. Guy Abraham called medical iodophobia.
