Few (cheap) tips to help your battle, :
-Improve digestion, whatever you're eating. Of course the best diet would be probably heavy in vegetables and fruits in moderate amounts. Animal proteins in limited amounted. Good oils for health and specifically
parasites are coconut, olive and pumpkin seed oils. Practice food combining (fruits on empty stomach).
I suggest a digestive tonic packed with anti
parasite ingredients: mix 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar, a bit of cayenne, 1 or 2 cloves of minced raw garlic, 1/2 to 1 tsp of turmeric in a bit of water, taken with meals. They will hate it.
-Take anti
parasite herbs: I suggest
Black-Walnut as a tincture, and ground cloves . Turmeric and raw garlic are also very effective.
-Take care of your liver:
Liver Flushes are very likely to be beneficial but are a bit extreme. There is nothing like beet juice to help detoxify the liver. Consider also taking milk thistle to protect it. Castor oil packs are very good for the liver and anti
parasite too.
-Last but not least, you absolutly need to restore healthy bacterias in your gut.
parasites can't flourish when there is beneficial bacterias in good amounts. Forget expensive probiotics, make your own homemade milk kefir. It has far more beneficial bacterias than any probiotic pill on the market, and is so cheap and simple to make. In fact, kefir has proven antifungal, anitumoral and antiparasite qualities.
This is in my opinion the minimum to get rid of a moderate/severe parasite infection. If you're not making any progress with this or suffer too much die-off, then you can consider adding things like enemas. Garlic enema is good, but I suggest Kefir retention enema. They kill the critters and help repopulate the colon.
coffee enemas help the liver big time.
Don't think it is easy to beat them. They can come back with a vengeance if you don't eradicate them all and create an environment in which they can't survive. I used to take a very strong
Black-Walnut tincture (probably one of the best antiparasite herbs) to kill them with great success, but over time they developped resistance to it.
