I cannot sleep either. Cannot eat, dramatic weight loss. Sorry for venting on your thread.

The pain is immense. They are everywhere, the larave is probbly the most painful in my liver.

They are up my neck, mating there and spewing the larvae into my body.

It is a nightmare.

I've tried qutie alot of drugs and herbs and like you... its not helping. Don't know what to suggest but it feels like none of this working - maybe the herbs alone is the only way. I hear from others here bloodroot is the way to go.

Don't really know what else to suggest. I watched my mother and my aunt die like this. I think basically that's how alot of people die through worm infrestation, but they don't even know it. Wish I had something to take away the pain.

For a moment there I thought I picked this up from dogs, but now I think it could be passed on from mother to child.

I have tried triclabendazole before. Unfortunately as circumstances unfolded I probably did myself more harm than good. My bile duct was ruptured two days prior to taking it. I was in france and could only get one box. It stunned the flukes for 5 days.

It worked within 5 minutes. Large cysts dislodged from various parts of my body, left hip, liver cyst and such. I had a fluke wedged in my bile duct and unfortunately the flukes circulated within my abdominal cavity thru tracks in the subcutaneous and cutaneous fat. My blocked and ruptured duct kind of ruined it.

I felt my duct would heal and it eventually did. However, not having a surgery is not only reckless but looking back at it, very stupid. Now I have a resistant fluke that responds very little to the egaten.

I have taken probably 6 doses since then. The next dose was 1 month later. I didn't get nearly the response of the first one. 1000mg's w/ fatty meal. Then waited 12 hours and took another dose. Within 5 hours after that the flukes were already moving. I decided not to take the third dose I was planning. From there I researched what causes their resistance, and what researchers have studies to improve the efficacy of the drug.

P450 inhibitors and the like, fmo inhibitors. I tried those and it did help, it was just hard on the system. I took another dose last night and it didn't do too much. Even with taking the grapefruit and bromelain.


I am keeping them at bay with herbs but I feel having a small surgery to atleast decrease the population would help the medicine work better. Or, I could simply start taking double and maybe triple doses.

I would love to try bithionol. I think that is the only one I haven't tried. But, yeah. Sometype of intervention needs to happen and I'm hoping it's a small surgery, unless I come across something that just works well enough to kill outside of my intestinal tract. Maybe rotating different drugs and herbs. I got asperget L?? last night. I forgot what it's called. I tried it and it is pretty strong, but not enough to take them out.

i've taken albendazole and praziquantel which are supposed to work for liver flukes

i've used alle the herbs that are "supposed" to work for liver flukes and eaten foods that supposedly eliminate parasites

Were you able to purchase the piperonyl butoxide and if so where. I saw some chinese sites that sell it in by the tonnage. Were you able to find it isolated a way from a pesticide??

I read this about the kojic acid, tyrosinase inhibitor

Inhibitors of helminth tyrosinases may include kojic acid , vitamin C, cysteine, arbutin, glutathione, hydroquinone, hydroquinone ethers, retinoids, 4-n-butylresorcinol, 4-isoamyl resorcinol, ascorbic acid, 2, 5-hydroxyphenylcarboxylic acid derivatives, chalcones, chamaecin, colloidal sulphur benzoic acid s, hydroxyphenyl oxamates, phenolic amides, oxydesberatrols, flavonoids, copper chelators such as diethyldithiocarbamic acid (DETC) , and modifications, analogues and derivatives of these compounds.

In preferred embodiments, the tyrosinase inhibitor is a kojic acid compound. Kojic acid compounds include kojic acid and analogues, derivatives and modified forms of kojic acid.

Were you able to find a preferred form for the kojic acid. Possibly a lotion with a high concentration? This should work very well to kill the eggs. Which is a good thing.

Back to the pbo.. I guess you bought it from a vet med supply??
