"What is your theory why your lips were peeling?"
----------
Well in my case it's pretty simple. I was eating a horrible diet, over eating junk, drinking and partying too much, smoking too much weed and not getting proper nutrition. I lived this kind of life for years and years. Also my immunity hasn't been the best since I was young I had problems with asthma, allergies and some other problems so I've been more prone to getting sick from the beginning.
There's no way to tell exactly why disease will manifest as peeling lips rather than eczema or psoriasis. As far as I understand it goes like this.... once your body is in a state of chronic disease your immune system is almost always depressed and attacking your bodies healthy tissue, problems with nervous system will appear and typically your weakest organ(s) will be overburdened and affected the most.
Remember don't treat the symptoms treat the cause. IE stop burdening the immune system and boost it up. Also keep in mind what you eat and drink has a MASSIVE effect on the immune system along with every single one of your lifestyle choices.

"Do you think this is
Psoriasis since
Psoriasis can also clear up with strict diet."
------------
EC and
Psoriasis are two different conditions but there definitely quite similar. either way there both just signs from your body that things need to change!
-------------
"Do you think this is an increased intestinal permeability problem? Do you think our intestinal lining is dried out? Do you think this is intestinal or pancreatic malaborption? Do you think a
juicing fruits and veggies would also stop peeling lips like your diet?"
-------------
Not sure if the intestinal lining has dried but it's possible. I would also wonder if the protective mucous membrane which protects the intestines has been worn or if we have sores and blisters lining our intestines. This is why I always wanted someone to get an endoscopy and share the results. I also suspect they would find some issues in and around the esophagus.
Mal-absorption of nutrients is a part of the problem, yes. This is an easy fix once your diet changes though.
Juicing alone probably not.
juicing when combined with the right health based lifestyle, absolutely.

"Also, do you live in an area where the temperature is mild so you can get fresh fruit all year? It is hard to find good tasting fruit even in the summer where I live. Everything is usually soggy or sour."
---------------
I live in Montreal - we have very hot and humid summers and brutally cold winters. I can find a decent supply of fruit in the grocery store year round since most of our produce is imported.
I would just stick with the basics if you can find them - apples, oranges, bananas, etc.
