Each has its own benefits but they work better in combination.

This is a difficult creature but it is protozoan. I have heard of successes with using the zapper in combination with paddles and footpads at the same time. Not much luck with Giardia without using the footpads though.

Wrist straps or TENS pads are very ineffective.

If this were the case, then why bother making the better zappers. If by saying basic, you mean 2,3, or 4 frequencies, sure but if you are getting a single frequency zapper built to the original Clark specifications, you are severely limiting the results. Especially when you can get a good zapper for only a little more (actually, possibly less then what some of the basic zappers cost).

Though they can kill some of the same bugs, a zapper kills more of the blood borne, microscopic kind, per mmy understanding. I would defintely wait until all die off is gone with the herbs or the zapper before adding in the second kind of parasite killer, to avoid too intense die off.
