Sweetie, you probably have parasites! I had problems for years, and sometimes got stools like yours: looks like you have a severe case of constipation: part of your colon is constipated, so your stools come out so thin.
Because of my issues, got tested for parasites, came back negative, so I scrapped that from the list. Then, I read that tests only detect a small percentage of cases, and that in reality huge numbers of people are infected with pinworm: estimates are over 50% of people (in other countries they call it threadworm, or even other names). I also found out that you can simply take mebendazole to cure this. Google it, to see under which brand name this is sold in your country: in the UK it's Ovex, in the US it used to be Vermox or Pripsen, but there may be other brand names. It's not that expensive.
So I took a tablet, and within three days, dead worms were in my poop. Every day, lots of them, for two weeks. Took another tablet after two weeks, and they kept coming out. Now, it's stopped. And I feel SO much better.
In adddition, I ate lots of pumpkin seeds. Google this as well: they are anti-parasitic. But they don't replace the mebendazole.
You need to address your constipation first, though: you don't want lots of dead
parasites stuck in your colon. Drink lots of water. Drink plum juice, or get dried plums, soak them, cook them after soaking, then eat them. Also, Aloe Vera juice helps. As does fresh pineapple (plus I think
parasites don't like pineapple). I would aim to resolve my constipation in a couple of days, I would hope for lots of poo to come out, given you hardly go to toilet: you must have terrible constipation, then take the mebendazole, and keep doing the anti-constipation thing.
If you can afford it, do a colonic. If not, then an enema (in some countries you can buy this in pharmacy) is a start. If none of these are an option, then just eating and drinking foods to relieve constipation are fine too.
