I still have positive results, particularly my breast pain, which gave me the most troubles and worries is gone. The shoulder pain is still there but is moving around. That's connected to my liver blockage and in the last few weeks i felt some Liver Flush frequencies moving things around!
I have to do a flush every three weeks and I feel relief every time. Until I push the big clog out I won't have improved digestion, that's for sure.
Have you run the peristalsis program, out of curiosity?

I have the two types of vervain tincture that I made myself at the last new moon and i mix them together and take them. I will follow the instructions more closely.

I know that triphala is good because i used to take it more frequently in the past. Also, I tried a magnesium laxative called ColonMax that has a type of magnesium and triphala in it and it's the best. I'll have to order it again.

I'm regularly making the SCD yoghurt and I eat a cup every day with a teaspoon of malt. delicious! I have to make the beet kvass because I love beets! I also came across a recipe for a black radish extract that is supposed to be extremely good for the liver. I'll have to find it again.

As to the bean, yes, would like to get it but i will need the F165 too.

Have you looked into Sutherland's photo analysis? I think Elan was going to do it. I would too if I had the equipment, because it's a prerequisite of the analysis.

You got it, if you have insufficient bile you're constipated and lethargic. The stool is pale, not the usual dark color.

I make the scd yogurt with the Yogourmet starter. I use only half of each pack for 1 liter full fat organic milk. I boil the milk and let it cool to almost body temperature and then add the culture. I have a heating pad which I place under the jar at the lowest setting and it keeps the temperature nice and warm. very easy. You can put a towel on top if you want.

In terms of diet, i tried everything. I was vegetarian for a while, I ate raw for an entire summer, I ate the vata type diet. Now I'm eating cooked foods, including a little meat, no gluten. Trying to cut out Sugar but with the malt that's difficult.
To be honest, the best one that worked for me was the data diet but now I think my body type has changed more towards pitta because I'm gaining weight easily.

It's a tricky thing to find a good diet for yourself. Everybody's chemistry is different and this is why cookie-cutter diets don't work for everybody the same.
The one benefit i got from being on the doctrine is that i'm more in tune with my body. I listen to what kind of food it wants and that's typically what's needed at that moment. I now love beets! I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No mystery there why i want them.

I noticed from your posts that you're skeptical of the doctrine. Yes, that was me last year. I think in order for it to make an impact on you, you need to start removing the metal burden. At the beginning it only gently scratches the surface but once you get deeply into detoxification it starts killing the bugs.
I must say that the very first thing I noticed on the doctrine was an acute awareness of the pineal gland/third eye. It was like a light pain for a short time that changed into awareness. There are subtle signals that something is happening and you need to be attuned to your body to detect them.
