how probable is to get rid of these
parasites only by taking garlic, ginger and juices? I mean, I don't want to spent even more months trying to get rid of them and maybe given them the chance of doing some irreparable damage to the lymph nodes.

If you have a systemic infection, it's not that simple...
I encourage you to see a doctor specialised in parasites, but if he doesn't manage to know which kind of worms you are infected with, then you will have no choice but to try alternative treatments. This is exactly why i am still learning and trying several new approaches to kill these parasites, i have been to several doctors and even with different lab tests, no
parasites infection was detected. (but i have evacuated several adults worms and larvaes since i started to cleanse!)
Concerning garlic, this is a difficult treatment to do because you need to find a day or several days where you can be alone. The reason to be alone is because you will really smell garlic !
The idea is to drink a drink of water with several small pieces of garlic (small dices) each hour, and increase the dosage each hour.
By saturating the body with garlic, many worms will die in all parts of the body and will be eliminated by the digestive tube, the throat, the nose.

one clove of raw garlic, sometimes 2 per day.

I have eaten up to 5 bulbs a day ;) with no side effects except the smell and the die off symptoms.
What many people don't understand is that if you don't have a high enough concentration of anti
parasites elements in the body, the parasites won't die...
In my experience, the 3 caps before each meal is really not effective to produce die off, higher doses are needed. Of course, it also depends on the kind of worms you are infected with.
Good luck.
