I agree with this, but i want to add that some waste may also travel in the blood in order to be eliminated.
Also some of the waste may be stored in some parts of the body during some time because the capacity of elimination is too weak to eliminate it all instantly without causing damage to the liver, the kidneys, the lymphatic system, and the others ways of elimination...

In my experience, when great die off symptoms are felt, it is helpful to only eat dissolving foods (garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, raisin juice, apple juice), to keep the body warm and hydrated, and to shake and articulate the body to accelerate the elimination of waste.

I had great pains sensations in some lymph nodes of the neck and of the chest and some nodes were swollen, i was able to feel them. But eventualy if you optimise the elimination this waste is eliminated and the tissues healed.

The human body tissues are elastic, don't be afraid by such symptoms, do the best you can to optimise the elimination processes and you should be ok. :) (if the worm is not too big and too strong :/) Tweet
