I have half of those symptoms.
I am battling an infection which was not diagnosed for several years. Doctors did not take me seriously until I had boils all over my body. Then it was discovered that I had a golden staph infection.
When my condition was deteriorating, I had difficulty sleeping, and lived in a constant state of overtiredness. Now that it is improving, I need to sleep more than normal.
I was very cold, not just my hands and feet. More cold than I can explain to someone who has not experienced this. During one summer I was wishing that we would get some warm weather. Then I heard on TV we had had the hottest summer on record. I had just felt cold.
I urinated a huge amount. I could not sleep more than one hour at a time, as I needed to urinate. I drank as much as is physically possible, and was always thirsty / dehydrated. I drank around 10 liters of water a day. When you drink that much, you need to ensure you consume enough salt.
This infection makes my body acidic, which results in bad breath and
Body Odor .
I have now discovered oregano oil, and my condition is gradually improving, but it is taking a long time.
I have the infection in various places, including in cysts within my body. Doctors could not detect it until I came out in boils.
Mine can not be eliminated with fasting alone. But taking high doses of oregano oil, with short fasts, can reduce the size of the cysts containing golden staph.
I am not suggesting anything definite about your condition, but trying to give you something to think about. You may not have what I have. If you do have it, yours is less widespread. You may have an infection with a different organism. You can consider this, and see if you think it is a possibility.
You may want to try oregano oil, if you have not already tried it.
Another thing I have found to be very beneficial for me, is going out and exposing my skin to sunlight on hot days. It does not work on cold days, as the cold makes my condition worse. I like the beach when it is hot, as you can go in the water and cool off when you get too hot. At home you can have cold showers. I have skin which does not get sunburnt easily. People with very fair skin should try to avoid excessive amount of time in the sun on any one day, to avoid sunburn.
So you may also try exposing your skin to sunlight during hot weather, and see if it is beneficial.
