Hey!
I did my first
Liver Flush about 3 weeks ago and have lost over 5lbs. I am 42 years young, 164 lbs, 5'8", and workout\cardio practically everyday so in pretty decent shape (baseball player build).
Now about 3 years ago, I was following a body builder diet with a lot of protein shakes(w\artificial sh!t in it), very low...low carbs, no fat, creatine, egg whites and felt like crap because my body had no fat on it and was tight like a rubberband. Ended up passing a
kidney stone on Aug 13th, '05(WOW.. coming up to an anniversary!....that I would rather forget!! OUCH). Feel better now since I don't mega-dose on vitamins (dope!), I eat organic foods (fruits-veggies, lean cuts of chicken), no sugar, no white flour, no artificial sweeteners, and eating only healthy-type proteins that are not out of a 5lb plastic jar.
I will be doing my next liver soon so I will monitor my weight. I have to agree that it's not just the
Liver Flushing that makes you lose weight but a combination of diet and exercise along with liver flushing. I'm assuming that doing a
Liver Flush is moving all the toxins out and helping the body also get rid (flushing) or moving the "fat cells" out. Again, no scientist but just assuming this is what is happening. Honestly, whatever it is, I havent felt this good (the past month since doing the
Liver Flush and changing diet) since I was in my teens. Skin looks good too.
Again, I am not advocating that just
Liver Flushing = weight loss. If it was that simple, then the diet industry wouldn't be making billions a year!
