I know nothing, but I recently read, here, about boosting glutathione levels with the consumption of certain foods.
I don't remember which ones they were but googling CureZone with 'boosting glutathione' might fetch the relevant info.
Personally, I never pass a display of fresh okra without buying, and I eat them raw, as is.
However, poke around in the posts about coffee enemas...there is something there about a gentle
coffee enema causing the body to produce more glutathione.
A very famous person made the statement to use the
coffee enema for well-being...several years ago. The comment was carried around the world by major news services, but no one that I heard followed up with discussion.
I have since learned that the gentleman is a talented gardener, and wants to help people.
I think we would be wise to quietly try coffee enemas, and report, here.
To the uninitiated, the term 'coffee enema' sounds like a joke.
I have never done one. Even 'how' to set it up so that your bed/bathroom remain tidy and your family doesn't notice, escapes me. But I am about to try it. I just need to convince myself to go ahead...when my husband isn't looking, of course.
However the idea comes to you, I have the suspicion we should all do it, gently, of course...and see for ourselves. If it is as helpful as I suspect it might be, we may all soon be talking about it, in public.
My best,
Fledgling
