what you did is perfectly what Andreas recommends prior to a flush.
No wonder that you felt so great. You must have got the double if not the threefold benefit from a flush.

No - weekly intake of cator oil is not harmful provided that you watch your Mg and Ca level and eat a lot of veggies for the potassium level. The teacher I mentioned takes Cator oil twice a week - an exaggeration if you ask me. I use activated charcoal weekly, another method for interrupting the so called enterohepathic cycle, for the reasons, I said already. ANd I really DO FEEL that my one week interval should not be widened.

Let me tell you something about this "castor oil" teacher who cured his light allergy with internal castor oil. It sounds so incredible to me but I must believe what he told me. Despite his practise of taking castor oil twice a week and doing this for quite some years some weeks ago I got an email from him. He told me to his great surprise the colour of hisbile was on one occasion as BLACK as hell with an obnoxious sulphur smell - an indication that toxins were eliminated. Normally the bile he releases is colourless ad without any smell at all.

This is for me the proof that cleansing must be a continuus practise like brushing the teeth and flushing is not the only measure to detox. In the dephth of the body there is so much filth which will eventually come up to the "surface" (reach the liver). So, never give up, never slow down cleansing. My two cent
