For others, Here is a list of things CDD sent me to be avoided when taking the second line treatment, particularly with regard to the drug Furazolidone.

Caustion is advised against Furazolidone:
Certain foods, drinks or other medicines may cause severe reactions,
such as high blood pressure, redness of the face, difficult breathing,
and tightness of the chest. Here are a few things to keep in mind while
you are taking this medication.
1. Do not drink alcohol, reduced alcohol beverages or take other
alcohol-containing preparations eg. elixirs, cough syrups, tonics, cold
& flu preparations etc, during and up to 2 weeks after stopping
treatment.
2. Do not eat foods that have been aged or fermented eg. cheeses,
yeast or meat extracts, overripe fruit, smoked or pickled meat,
poultry, sausage, fish or sour cream, avocado, pears, broad bean pods,
soy sauce etc. these foods have a high tyramine content and caution is
advised.
3. Do not eat or drink large amounts of caffeine containing food eg.
chocolate, coffee, tea, or coke, pepsi etc.
