How about mebendazole?

Instead of loading up on COq10, how about taking plenty of turmeric, ginger, cayenne and garlic, and taking some cloves and elecampane(and perhaps a bit of thyme and sage-don't overdo these)? I assume you tried Wormwood . With Wormwood don't take too much, and don't take it for more than a month at a time, then at least 3 months off. Cloves seem to be effective against many parasites, however if you are using it longer term, it might be a good idea to limit it to a teaspoon a day(perhaps 1/3 of a teaspoon with each meal). Turmeric, ginger, cayenne and garlic can afaik be taken in much large quantities without any adverse effects. I think taking several herbs at once give a synergistic effect and also lowers the toxicity since there is less of each individual herb. Taking the herbs at each meal makes the parasite ingest the herbs if it wants any nutrition.

Start by buying a Terminator 2, this zapper does not kill all Ascaris stages contrary to what is advertised on their website, but at least it will help to kill some larveas in the body and to stun the adult ones in the intestines.
