Hola Sparkly!
Day 5 here... I'm right there with ya, feeling lighter and cleaner.
I never do SWFs unless I feel The Call, usually once or twice in a ten dayer. I do use a plain
water enema now and then as well, after this much cleansing You Know When You Need It!
I was reading through some of your old posts, and at one point you had asked about menstruation and the MC. I had a couple of reflections...
One of the problems I was having when I started intensive cleansing was very difficult menstruation. Once I got my act cleaned up I was amazed to find my periods VERY easy, and actually... odorless! What a thing!
And as an aside, now that I am peri-menopausal, I have NO adverse symptoms whatsoever, and actually feel better than I ever have! I feel for women who are suffering through this time of life, and am pretty sure much of their symptoms could be relieved or done away with through cleansing.
It's true: You can't run a car for 50 years without changing the oil or filters! Funny how in our culture we are taught that we're not qualified to participate in our own health, and prevention takes a back seat.
So... congratulations on getting it! I congratulate myself as I groove through my 50s. So many of my peers are taking various and sundry pharmaceuticals, and are facing or have had "procedures", while I take only a little extra fiber and a daily vitamin.
My very best to you, Sparkly, and to everyone out there on the Cleansing Trail!
