I've begun watching the Incurable's CD's and am intrigued so far. The only thing that doesn't jive with my inner wisdom is the idea that vegetarian is healthy for every one. I believe that different types of diets are good for different people and I have always needed a substantial amount of animal protein to feel well. This was true even when I was young and vibrant.
I'm assuming, if I choose, that I will be able to use the herbs and do cleanses and continue with my diet that feels most appropriate for me. Your thoughts?
Just for clarity purposes I'm gonna list a typical day of eating here: (everything is organic)
whole milk yogurt
apple
ground flax seeds
3 raw eggs
chicken or fish and two servings of cooked veggies. Coconut oil. One cup of chicken broth with nutritional yeast, organic butter and
Sea Salt .
Raw chedder cheese and raw flax seed crackers
dinner is the same as lunch but I'm usually very thirsty for milk. Unfortunately I can't get raw milk right now because it's goat mating season. :). So, I'm drinking organic pasteurized.
Raw cheese, raw flax seed crackers
3 raw eggs
Everything that I do is very structured right now and I keep two journals in different parts of my house so that I can easily track cause and effect relationships between what I eat and what I take supplement wise.
I think I'm sort of puting the cart before the horse with this question, but I wanted to know your thoughts.
