I know how you feel. I was where you are a few years. I still get angry sometimes. About 8 months ago, I got into a few serious arguments with a couple of people on curezone.
A lot of it has to do with some of the deficiencies we have with adrenal fatigue.
The problem with anger is that it will make your adrenal fatigue worse, since it triggers the fight or flight response.

What has helped me (after a few years) is working on my awareness / mindfulness to recognize that I am getting angry....and then just let it go. It takes a lot of practice
The Buddhists philosophy of "not clinging" also helps. We can't hold onto anything in this life.
Even the healthy people that you are angry with will eventually succumb to illness and then death. They will eventually suffer greatly.....so let them enjoy their health for now.
The more we cling, the greater our misery.

At 34, I thought I would be able to downhill ski until I was 80. The last year that I skied I was 38 (now I'm 45). I may never ski again. Oh well.
I'm learning to let it go. I know that getting angry won't change it and will only make my Adrenal Fatigue worse.
I wish you all the best. Try to work on your emotions. You won't make much progress if your anger keeps putting you in "fight or flight"
