Hi everyone, I am so glad i found my way back here after 3 years. (lost my previous user name) I got myself caught in the western medical cycle for a few years and now i am fighting my way out. Unfortunately i can see my body desperately needs some support to get going.

Last november i was taken to the ER for extreme fatigue (unable to get up or even pick up a spoon to eat) and left abdominal pain under ribs, kidney infection pain (i've had them before and know the pain) floating D stools, 15lbs weightloss in 1 week and other signs- nausea, dizziness, shaking,etc. I was given the "its part of RSD and Fibro" talk, given some Antibiotics for the ki,dney, a CT scan which showed I had swollen intestinal lymph nodes and an enlarged spleen, told to take nexium (which i did NOT) and sent home to "recover". I (convinced it was my only option) took myself off my meds cold turkey. These were serious meds- provigil, XYREM, vicodin, xanax, etc. and i bought a kidney cleanse item and took it with some (expired..oops) lymph cleanse stuff i had in a cabinet from when this occured back in 2003 (i was NOT on ANY meds back then)i got better every day and a friend brought me some natural herb to smoke that would give me an appetite, i used it and began eating normally again- within a week i was back on my feet (this had gone on for over a month before i began this) however the pain under left ribs never really went away and all year i've been telling my specialists/drs that i can't stand it. noone has a reason (theyve tested me for CMV, EBV...etc (lyme too because when i was a preteen i was tick biten & dr said the rash was lyme consistent, gave me a shot and put me on Antibiotics for 2 weeks) but the lyme test only showed 1 reactive band and all other tests were negative except:
LOW Globulin, Low AST, High albumin/globulin ratio this week and : DEcember: Low platelets

Well the past few weeks it has been getting worse- until finally i felt the kidney again, my pcp sent me for an ultrasound which freaked us all out showing "a questionable mass between liver and left kidney, mild hydronephrosis of left kidney,and spleen and liver slightly enlarged/up limit of normal. then pcp sent me for a CT scan= " bilateral kidney stones, 2 in left, 1 in right, mild fluid buildup of left kidney, "what is most probable a splenule in an atypical location-accessory spleen of 2.2cm inferior to the inferior border of the spleen, mild mesenteric adenopathy, mild prominence of the splenic vein. so my pcp referred me immediately over to his urologist where i got another CT SCAN yesterday and the urologist showed me the pics- said i already passed 1 of the stones, swelling was gone (since tuesday's scan and that the stone left in each kidney is so very small i will pass them myself. he stated it appears i have an extra lobe of spleen toward inbetween my ribs (maybe why i feel a popping sensation when i sit or stand from sitting) and that my urinary tract and kidney systems appear perfect otherwise the 2 stones. he put me on cipro for 5 days for kidney infection (why didnt they do that last week?) and gave me a scriipt for a low dose Antibiotic to use every time my husband and i have intercourse because i keep getting uti/kidney inf. with intercourse. (as my mom did)today(after 1 day on cipro so far) my urine output is significantly increased but the pain in my left ribs is not gone and the kidney pain is more vague but still intermittently gets strong. now my pcp is calling me back 2 see him tuesday to go to a gastroenterologist again (i had a colonoscopy and egd back in end of july at 27 yrs old. (was told no caffeine, chocolate, mint, alcohol(dont drink anyways) gluten biopsy was negative but my other specialist that told the gastro to check for gluten still was convinced that i had celiac b/c i was failure to thrive in infancy/childhood, spent 1st 2 years perpettually in the hospital for gastro & urinary problems, and EVERY year of my life had repeated illnesses, gastro problems, urinary problems, anemia, multiple vitamin deficiencies, so he told me to go off gluten for an elimination test- well i lost 60+ lbs in 3.5-4 months WITHOUT exercise, or any other methods other then removing gluten (still ate as much, still drank soda-switched from dr. pepper to sprite though) then that put me in october, weighing ideal for my body height but having all those horrible medical problems and STILL uncontrollably losing weight- 15lbs in a week. well after a while i had gone back on m meds and went up to the full dose adn then was added another stimulant for the narcolepsy b/c i kept falling asleep in the afternoon when it was time to pick the kids from school. so i did that for a few months- i'm estimating 3-4 months, and then here i am- crashed again. so i went "cold turkey" and the only effects i feel are of course the excessive daytime sleepiness is SEVERE and back with a vengeance, the nightime sleep (don't get the deep sleep on sleep studies it showed) is interruppted, can't fall asleep, unrefreshing,etc and i am still in the horrible pain. the only thing i have stayed on is .5-1 pill TOTAL per day of the narcotic pain pill equal to two of the 10mg vicodin (so is equal to me takin 1-2 vicodin a day) but i stopped this for a few days with no probs except the pain was debilitating and even now, with this small dose the pain is deafening but i'm going on willpower. and i've been taking the ambien still because the 1 night i didn't take it or the xyrem and i took 5mg melatonin i was a zombie just laying in bed awake alllllll night. so apparently i DO have to wean off that one and my pcp is happy about it (he didn't put me on ANY of these meds specialists did before i got him as my dr & hes more into wholistic healing-he is a DO though.

I know this has been so long, and i apologize, i just had the thought that i will/am grateful for those that share their day with me and take the time to read and respond to this.

So what should i take? I am currently using vitamin a, d b complex, cod liver oil, omega 3-6-9, iron, magnesium trace liquid, Colloidal Silver , epsom baths- weekly visits to the WARM MINERAL SPRINGS in northport , fl (highest mineral content water in the USA) and a kidney cleanse and something called pro essence urinary support. i have hashimoto's thyroiditis as well. my Psoriasis is a rarer kind called GUTTATE- and is in total remission right now which i achieved only AFTER getting off those meds (enbrel, then humira, prednisone,etc) and using the springs- within 2 visits my skin sloughed off and looks like a baby's bottom now after 4 years with the rashes in full go!

I want to say this is all complicated because in November we moved back into the home we own without knowing the house was worse then when we moved out 4 months earlier, we are still living in it and trying to move out this month- it is tested positive 4 times for toxic mold contamination in 3 rooms by MEMNONIELLA and a wide variety of other molds in extremely high amounts. memnoniella , i was told, is the same family/type as stachybotrys but memnoniella is a bit worse. now we have little children as well that have sinus problems.

I wonder if th emold was the extra burden that my body/immune system couldnt fight? mind you i was NOT living at home when i got terribly sick back in october/november BUT...the big thing my husband and i recall, is that i came to our house to clean it up before we came and the refrigerated had shut off somehow sometime while we were gone (nothing was in it of course) and massive mold grew in it. well since i didnt know it was bad mold- thught it was just like shower mildew, i spent hours cleaning it and that week i got the worst where i couldnt even get up out of the bed literally.

does anyone know what i can take for my spleen? i really feel like if i had an accessory spleen then the 2-3 cat scans i had last year would have noted that too instead of just saying my spleen was enlarged- so i know i need to cleanse. also i stopped taking the xyrem (GHB) because the excessive sodium in it is likely what caused me to get the kidney stones- dr said women are 4times LESS likely then men to get stones, and it is VERY RARE for a woman under 30 to have even 1, but to have bilateral stones (both kidneys) has never happened in his practice before in 22 years.

Please, any advice, i have read all the forums for 6 hours a day the last week and i'm just so overwhelmed i don't know where to start or what is the most urgent thing. I don't drink anything but water and a small (3-4ozs a day of juice, avoid meat- maybe eat 3 ozs a week if ever, lots of salads, veggies and fruit- no junk food, no fast food, no gluten, lactose, alcohol,etc. i have started walking every morning with my kids- yesterday was the 1st day and it took all my strength but we even RAN a bit!!!

I have a lot of things here like oreganol oil, chlorophyl, aloe juice, ACV, ETC ETC, i just don't know what to start with. i need to get more energy in the daytime, better sleep and cleanse my spleen so i can even focus on anything. Please help, any advice you have after reading this long book, i am forever grateful. Bless you all for being helpful to others on their journeys too.
