hang in there. You fasted for a total of 10 days- a major accomplishment! Sometimes the scales lie and just show you a picture of how much water you have in your system. If you eat a lot of salt you'll end up retaining it and when you fast let go of it. This happens to me a lot if I eat anything with a lot of salt. Also after eating for 11 days and giving yourself a break and then reaching the same place as before, your body has probably adjusted to the ability to get that far. Now you can go further. Don't let it discourage you. Think of exercise. When you lift weights or go running depending on your fitness level you'll reach a certain level. If you take a break from it, it might take the same amount of time to reach the same place. Sometimes you have to start over and over again before the body and mind relax and know how to stick it out for longer. Honestly- you have done better than me. I break down after a two day
Water Fast lately. I use to do better when I first started out. Now, I do my own version of a fast and it has gone from doing one day with ease to three and I hope to get beyond that.
Just think of the benefits of what you have done for yourself with repeated fasting, know your limits and then exceed them.
Good Luck!
