I wondered if anyone can help.
I went gluten free about five weeks ago. The first week I felt great - abd bloating went away, mental fog lifted, energy increased. Then, boom, I felt horrible. I had gallbladder pain that started up and it progressed to intense.
Went on Barefoot's dewormer to prepare to do a liver flush. Two weeks on that, then the Doc Sutter protocol. Apple cider (juice), phosfood for three days. Then I did the flush. It was horrible. I had so much pain and the next day did
Epsom Salts and then a coffee enema. Only a few congealed green blobs passed. During this time, I had a lot of neck pain and developed some upper arm weakness. It feels like my arms are like puppet arms. Went to the chiropractor and he said the C4 was very inflammed. He adjusted me and did some accupuncture. Later that day, I had severe gallbladder pain so bad I wanted to go to the ER and beg them to just take out the gallbladder. The next morning, the pain subsided and has gotten better, though it still hurts.
I had shingles on my right back at the level of the liver and am wondering if a past flush and now the detox from the gluten has reactivated the shingles. There are not blisters, but the pain is intense. Maybe all this time I have had post herpatic neuralgia and not gallstones.
What is concerning me is the weird feeling in my upper arms and burning across my neck and upper back. I woke this morning with my right ear burning.
Also, my eyesite has changed over the past month. Blurry close up.
If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. Has anyone gone through detox symptoms like they felt like their world was falling apart?
