When I was having the ear issues, (2 years ago) and finally started looking into candida as the cause, I tried this cleanse I bought it from whole foods but its on the internet too.  And I kid you not it was the best thing for my ears, they popped crackled, did all this crazy stuff and then I could pop them (hadn't been able to in months), I wasn't eating all that good on the cleanse cause I clearly didn't know all about candida and how strong it was, but it gave me so much relief even without the diet, since then I used it a few times so it is less effective on me, going tomorrow to pick up another one since out of everything I have used it worked the best, this time I will rotate it in with the other antifungals and not use it for 2 weeks straight like it says, if you ever get ear issues again from the candida and are in need of another round of antifungals for sure you have to try it, Its called the Vital cleanse for candida by gaia herbs. it comes with a good fiber, the black walnut coptis (with a blend of other antifungals in it, it also has teatree oil in it and I have never been able to find another supplement or product that you can orally take with teatree in it, I read reports on how well tea tree kills fungus and candida, yet we can't take it orally, somehow they have a formula, whatever it works!) and then it comes with swedish bitters. wish to god I had stuck to the diet and did a full program at that time, intead of letting it get as bad as it is now.
