Hello,
I took the sensible health tinctures for 2 months and then did my first
Liver Flush using the
Hulda Clark recipe. The flush was successful - 200 stones - some green, some beige and it went well. Afterwards I was tired for a few days but then started to feel better and felt like there were improvements in some things, ie. fibromyalgia and
Acne have improved a bit, but my digestion was still poor and I still had
food allergies .
I took a break from the tinctures for 1 week and then 2 weeks ago started them up again, planning to cleanse end of May.
Friday night I woke up at 12:20 with severe pain under my rib cage radiating into my back. I had to walk hunched over. I threw up 7 times. It was the worst pain I have ever had in my life. At 5 am it finally passed and I was able to go to bed. I am sure this was a gallbladder attack.
I had never had one before my first flush but sensible health explained that I probably released the small newer stones and now older bigger ones have moved down to the galbladder and need to come out.
I am thinking of doing another flush tongiht. I've only taken the tinctures for 2 weeks but since I took them for 2 months straight before the last and recent flush I think that should be enough?
I am in pain and can't eat protein, natural fats etc. since the attack and I wasn't even able to go to work today. Therefore, I think I should do it now. However, is it safe where I just had an attack on Friday? The epson salts should open things up and I also have the tinctures that can be used during the flush if needed.
I look forward to your advice.
