To serve the Articles on elected officials, simply visit the link above (The Plan page) and scroll down to the RESOURCE section which is near the top left side. There you will see "To Serve the Articles on Elected Officials." There are three parts to this process: you will need to print a copy of the Articles for each official; customize the transmittal cover letter for each official and sign your name; and fill out the Certificate of Service as indicated on the form.
One of my favorite mottos by which I live, comes to mind here: Do the right thing and you never know what will happen.
The goal is to have the Articles served on the two U.S. Senators, the Congressman in the state capital district, the Governor, and the Head of each Chamber of the Legislature, in every state. There are volunteers in several states who are dividing into "delivery teams" with plans to serve many more. In your state, tomorrow may be a beginning which will continue on from there. Talk to each other and begin to build a network that will express the Power of the People to hold their elected officials accountable to their Constitutions.

I think the connection is just the growing displeasure with the government. Especially republicans even though they were blind to the shrub's (Bush) garbage.
WTP has the right view on what's happening, and where things need to go, but they lack the teeth that the guardians have to make it happen. Basically all the WTP is doing is complaining and the guardians are going in and taking away their bonds so corp USA can't do any more business. It's all good though!
I'm just worried about another false flag. The government has four options that I can see. A false flag and martial law. Submit and operate Constitutionally. Or appear to submit and live to fight another day. And finish crashing the economy and probably martial law. And I don't see ANY signs of them turning over a new leaf.
But the people have had it! The government has to decide weather they think they can fool an angry nation of gun owners with the false flag. That may work for a while but ultimately Corp USA is still responsible. Hopefully the guardians have already shut down Corp USA and they say uncle and do the right thing and take the glory for changing America in the right direction. The other option of appearing to do the right thing and living to fight another day won't work either I think, because the people are aware and wise to their tricks now. The other option would be to finish crashing the economy. That may work for a while too, but in the end they'll still be responsible for that too and get run out of town at the wrong end of a pitch fork. The only way they keep their jobs and their precious "fame and glory" and possibly the ability to breath, is by doing the right thing.
I love looking back at before the swine flu and remembering how bleek it looked that the people would ever wake up, but a few stupid moves by the government, which comes naturally for them, changed a lot of things. The old saying, give them enough rope to hang themselves with, comes to mind.
Oh wow, I just thought of option 5. Start a pandemic that can kill many and the people ignore it because of the swine flu, which crashes the economy and allows a false flag. Now that one might work! Hmm, ignore everything I just said!
Sorry for getting off topic, typical me, but thanks for letting me throw in my two cents!

Getting back to that SPLC list of homegrown terrorists:
I suppose one could take the Guardians not being on the hit-list in couple-three ways, as there has got to be a reason why SPLC left these guys alone.
1) It may be that the SPLC was blindsided by the event and didn't see it coming. And, since the story did not break until March 28-29, it didn't make the April publishing date.
2) maybe they're on the same side of the fence? (I'd say highly unlikely, imo.)
Or, 3) It could be very well be that the SPLC knows, like you said in your previous post, that this group does have some sharp teeth and Southern Poverty Law Center really doesn't want to be messing with these guys. So they are just leaving these tough old geezers alone for the moment.
Otherwise, they may end up on a sh*t list of sorts for themselves (as, vast numbers of judges, prosecutors, bankers and mortgage companies have supposedly come to find out.)
I got a feeling that these guardian individuals have a rapidly rising reputation amongst those that practice in the field of law. I really don't know what the splc is about, but yeah it could be that they don't know anything about the guardians or think they're just a bunch of quacks or idiots and the fbi said they're harmless so they're off the list. I know conventional lawyers think the redemption process is totally useless, stupid and suicidal. So this splc, if they're a bunch of lawyers, is really too stupid to know what a threat or the truth is in the first place. And if they know what the guardians are, why would they want to promote it in any way shape or form? This splc has their own agenda and it ain't good. It's just a propaganda machine for TPTB and the last thing they want to do is turn the people on to the truth. I don't think we can read too much into this.
I postponed my court date, so I'm off today and will tell my boss the cop didn't show up and I have to go back on June 8th at the new date. (evil hehehehe) Then I'll subpoena the cop next week so I can put his butt over the fire then. I got a killer line of questioning, testimoy and facts for this showdown! I'll be serving pork, coffee and doughnuts in his memory for anybody who wants to show up! So something is up. This is evidence, of what is unclear but something is up.
We have found other websites changing their names. Go to a number of state websites and see how many no longer have the “Great Seal of the State of XXXX” on their website. They all used to blast this seal around their website. Some states still have it on there, many do not. The Restore America Plan had as a condition restoring the 50 republics as republics and these changes look like it is moving along.
North Carolina – An unconfirmed report concerning letter from the Governor.
I would like to share with you the letter that I wrote to the Governor of North Carolina about my Foreclosure situation. Today (Wednesday) I received a letter in response to my letter stating that they were putting all litigation on hold until resolution was accomplished!!! This also gives me time for the "Republic - Foreclosure" activation to kick in. Very wonderful news, just wanted to share with you.

One of the big things in the Restore America Plan was to stop the foreclosures at end of April I believe.
South Carolina – They have just about passed a new criminal sentencing law. If one does not hurt someone they do not go to jail. Drug offenders go to treatment not jail. This is sort of consistent with Restore America Plan. Again not a lot but something.
Montana - They have deregulated the practice of law in their state. They eliminated the Commission on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. “The court concluded (contrary, I believe, to the holdings of many state high courts) that it lacks to authority to regulate or even define the unauthorized practice of law”. Under the Republics people can be attorneys who are not members of the abomination called the bar. The term will be Attorney in Law, not at Law. Attorney is just a representative of another. The move in Montana seems to be consistent with the Restore America Plan. Read this yourself here:

So as the Guardian Elders Run Silent and Run Deep, we have a few encouraging tidbits to dwell upon. Signs are starting to show as Tim Turner said they would but the jury is still out (pun intended).
I guess we need to remember that the Guardian Elders are not God and they cannot send a whale to swallow us up for a sign if we do not believe to straighten us out, but heck it is hard to believe sort of like swallowing a whale. We all want to see this so badly come to pass but many of us have learned to be not be blown about by the strange wind every movement that comes along. This does look different.

It was openingly stated by RAP that “the bonds of the Governors have been arrested.” What that means, in laymen’s terms, is that the bond of each Governor has a lien filed against it in a very large amount. If you read the history of the Montana Justus group you will find that they claimed the best way to fight corrupt government was by “paper” not guns. They filed liens against targeted government officials’ personal property. Once recorded, they would write drafts against the liens. In certain cases they were able to cash these drafts.

I hated giving all the personal information the official Restore America Plan (RAP) asked for. This other site wants the same info. I'd like to see what it's about but not at that price until one of the Elders says it's an official site.
Also the people on that thread were talking about SPC's. It appears to stand for Secured Party Creditors. And they say Sam and Tim are SPC’s and every member of every Grand Jury is a SPC.

I just found a site that explains the strawman/redemption process in layman's terms. I like it! But it's "uncopyable", so we'll have to see about that! ;-) I'll be back with that later! I think one of our problems before was that (at least for me) I didn't understand the overall picture except that we had to take controll or eliminate the strawman, but wasn't sure how. We were trying to piece together something that was over our heads at the time. I think these articles explain the process a lot better for me at least. But now, time to decode! This is a reply to # 1,611,775Yes, I am familiar with that Winston video taped in England.
And, No, I have not heard of this DTC process before... I heard that there was some way to access your 'pass-through' account from the Winston Shrout videos, but I think he has said the technology/process has not perfected as of yet. I believe it supposedly also involves a 1099oid form which he has discontinued the DVD that he was previousl making available. And, as you may recall, I am very very skeptical, and hesitant, of signing any kind of an IRS form whatsoever.
Also I have read that the person giving this information, Tony King (real name questionable) has also had some negative comments. One of the people is Kevin Hines - (THE BANKER website), and this came out after he had some contact with him during a conference he helped set up in Texas in which Tony had some gorilla type thugs that were hired as his bodyguards.
So I am not interested in this at the moment.

As things are moving along, it appears to me, more and more, that Chistopher Story article is ringing more true with each passing day. Of course, I am talking about the charges that are being brought by the SEC to Goldman. Today, the Bank of Scotland(?) has become the biggest victim (as of yet) of the Goldman shenanegans. Germany is looking to jump on that wagon that is already carrying Greece and Iceland. Got a feeling that this is going to be one deep rabbit hole.

This is a reply to # 1,611,780I remember according to Christopher, the Bushes were involved in that SEC fraud too, so hopefully we'll hear something about that too? I think you may be onto something with this Christopher stuff. The loose ends seem to be coming together on that front one by one. There seems to be a feel of political collapse in the country lately with all the scandles and corruption going on. Like the flood gates are about to open because everywhere you look you can see illegal activities in the government and the people are looking now. We've reached the 100th monkey.

I found another Tim Turner radio interview from the Progressive Radio Network (PRN) dated 2/19/10. And, interestingly, it reveals more information that is relevant to the Christopher Story article on the takedown of Operation Stillpoint. In pt1 about 2/3 of the way through, Tim brings up information that was told to him by the man from China that contacted him offering his support. Take Note of the amount of money that has been recently confiscated...
Tim Turner: Now I've been told by the sources in China that much of the illegal debt has been confiscated from the thieves that stole it and looted the treasury through the Federal Reserve system... and much of that has been confiscated and frozen in banks all over the world from those in positions of power that actually stole it. And so that's going to be applied to the debt. It was 47 trillion dollars and I understand that they almost got all of it, if not all of it.
Radio Host: And the people should know that there was a lien procurred from the world court by China and other interested parties... a lien to stop the parties from the bleeding to bring the money back.
Tim Turner: And the Federal Reserve system is a part of that lien. He's placed the lien on them as well. And this is being enforced internationally. Which is a very precarious position for the Fed. They got caught in fraud. Absolutely got caught stealing form the American people. And I'm sure there are other countries involved as well, doing the same thing. But they got caught.

Also, I found an PNR radio interview with Reegan Reedy (another elder guardian) that has said something indicative of Obama's executive order allowing INTERPOL diplomatic immunity. About the last 10 minutes of the interview.
Reegan: There are upwards of 140 trillion dollars [in CAFR funds]. How accurate that is, I don't know at this point. But for folks that don't know what's going on behind the scenes right now, there's actually an audit being done on all this through INTERPOL, which is international police... through the Federal Reserve and these county CAFR funds, and the SEC and Goldman Sachs, and all the large corporations.
I know at ine time, a few years ago, I seen a CAFR report simply for the county of Los Angeles, and it was 1.2 trillion dollars. Just that county. It will be like we never imagined when this credit gets turned loose... to everyone, instead of a small group of families, or bankers, or whatever the case might be.
