That is great news, are you able to eat all food now and are you still taking colostrum for maintenance?
I have leaky gut and lglutamine is not working too well for me and would like to start on colostrum but a bit nervous.

I've heard it recommended to take colostrum and L-Glutamine for up to two months to ensure that the problem has been healed adequetely. It is very important that they be taken on empty stomachs, by the way. After your symptoms have disappeared, that's probably the best way to judge when to stop taking these supplements. It's also important to be getting plenty of probiotics after the gut is healing, as the friendly bacteria ensures that the gut doesn't become leaky again. Anyways I got both supplements for 12-15 dollars each and they should last me a month, which is probably a pretty good timeframe to have this gut problem healed COMPLETELY with the proper diet (lots of veggies + chlorophyll) and lifestyle (exercise + good rest).
