I've been suffering from the symptoms of leaky gut for awhile without realizing it. I knew I had candida and started treating it about 5 weeks ago with the whole diet / supplements and all that, but I was wondering why the alternating bouts of diarrhea / constipation, the indigestion, the gas, and the bloating weren't going away. Well, since supplementing with Colostrum since 3 days ago and a GI Repair pill with L-Glutamine in it since Sunday, I've been doing a lot better and my bowel movements are starting to normalize (!!!). I haven't had diarrhea, and my constipation has been subsiding over the past few days. I've been taking these two things 3x daily on an empty stomach. I also did a 3 day juice fast Thurs-Sat. before supplementing, my first juice fast. Since then I've put nuts and veggies back in the diet, and yogurt + kefir today though I had a very small amount of gas (but no bloating) when eating a lot more organic plain yogurt then I should have a little earlier. Just wanted to let you guys know, if you have candida it's probably best to add these two supps into your regime...
