Uny I hope you are feeling better!! maybe the partying helped a bit though?...
---
This flush was most definitely NO PICNIC. This morning I became one with the toilet.
I got a headache yesterday afternoon... still had it last night. Figured it was just from not eating much. Maybe this should have been a warning, but I did the flush anyway.
Did the typical Hulda Clark flush, using macadamia oil instead of olive, fresh grapefruit juice, and ginger juice.
I went to bed and yes, Uny, heard some liver sounds w/ my 'scope. Pretty cool, but sounded like many CEs. (Should it have been different?)
First time during a flush I felt bad and didn't sleep well. Awake every hour or two, feeling sick... Lots of diarrhea rumbling, nausea, and the headache. Finally got up & had some movements, but nothing "flush-like."... It was time to drink the 3rd ES drink, but I couldn't & didn't. Went back to bed.
Got up about 8ish and had more diarrhea, then got dizzy. Then started vomiting. Up came apple/ES drink. OMG, never, ever again will I take epsom salts. Then just more heaving & heaving... head splitting open.
Back to bed for a couple more hours, ignoring dogs needing to go out... now I'm up & moving around, and boiling my SA Wilsons for a CE. (& cleaning up after dogs. grrr.) [side note: i love doing CEs now! very comforting]
I was hoping 2 weeks of daily CEs, liver tonic, garlic & cayenne, would have prepped me enough for this flush. Sure could use some advice, Uny.
(i did produce one large fluke last night. That's a good thing.)

Just a recap: I've done 4 or 5 flushes this way w/ some results, altho fairly minimal. My last one two weeks ago didn't yield anything stone- or fluke-like but i attributed that to using Mag Calm instead of epsom salts, and left me fairly urpy/nauseous the next day.
Ah, thank you Master Po... [ bowing head ]
Didn't know Telman had a blog. Great!
Well the weird thing is that my first 4-5 (can't remember how many total i've done!) did have results. Each produced maybe 20 pea-sized stones and a lot of chaff.... Was also able to tolerate the "cocktails".
In my liver-flush-reading, I haven't come across anyone going "backwards". Just hear about people have no/little results, eventually having breakthroughs... but then maybe it's common and i just haven't seen it
[I know, I know, every liver flush is good and has benefits! 8-) ]
I'll go read up on Schultz's big flush. Later. Cannot even THINK the word flush right now... 8-)

Good for you Bundles, doing it even when you didn't feel like it. I wouldn't use the salt either.
Is Telman our Tellie? I'll have to read it and see if it sounds like him.
Willow
Thanks.
I was wondering cause if you had I'm sure I would have seen you posting about it here. I've never done one yet either but its on my list of "to do's" right along with CE's lol.
Five years, wow, you've got me beat ha ha. I've just learned I need to cleanse by organs in the last few months. I don't know how a person gets to be my age without ever knowing that but there ya go, I didnt!
My problem is I've got to get all that impacted stuff out of me before I do a LF. Since its been building up for so many years I've got enough time to get my head around doing a LF lol. Wish I would have learned all this stuff years ago!
You two are funny... I find it SO much easier to "add things" (flushes, tinctures, IF, juices etc) than CUT OUT the things I shouldn't be eating/doing!! Oh well, poco a poco as they say. (little by little -- or "baby steps" in Spanish)
My first 4 (or 5) flushes were pretty darn easy. I think I'm probably the exception w/ the troubles i had w/ the last two... And I'm a real cry-baby when it comes to puking, b/c i normally have a strong stomach. (evidenced in taking 6+ cloves of garlic on the first go)
Hey the CEs are easy too, Willow, once you get the hang it (took me a couple times to get the feel of the process, and the equipment). In fact I look forward to them every evening. Turn off the overhead light in the bathroom (leaving enuf light to read my watch), lie on a soft towel, put my head on a nice pillow, and listen to liver music... Very soothing and relaxing for me. I ALWAYS feel better afterwards. And I hardly ever spray the bathroom with coffee any more!

That's right, baby steps. You are the garlic queen doing that many cloves, and for the very first time lol.
I agree with the puking part, there is nothing worse than feeling like you've got to puke but I'd say if we think about the eventual payoff for a little discomfort it'd be worth it.
I'm thinking I'm probably ready to do the CE's since it doesn't matter if I'm still clogged when I do those and I'm hearing how great they make you feel. I think I'll go ahead and order all the stuff for that.
If you keep busy adding things pretty soon you'll see you're cutting out things you don't have time for LOL. Just be sure to add enough to compensate, so you won't notice what you're giving up lol.
Willow
Good advice, Willow! Keep adding things till I just crowd out the bad stuff. I like it.
Did a CE around noon today when things calmed down... Did another one tonight. Wow, tonight my liver made lots of noise. And sure enough, more "stuff" came out too, including another fluke. So... I feel good knowing (or hoping) that things might be loosening up in my liver.
Be sure to get yourself some of the SA Wilsons coffee. I started out using regular organic coffee, which I'm sure wasn't bad. But the SA Wilsons is easier to take/retain, and it's nice that it doesn't look or smell like coffee. (I'm a coffee lover but sure don't like smelling it in the bathroom!)
Also ask Uny about the best enema equipment. I got a bucket, and I can tell you it's SO much easier to use than the cheap kind (bag) you buy at the drugstore. BIG difference. I got this 2-Liter one, here: http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/2-or-4-Quart-Stainless-Steel-Enema-Bucket... ... I rigged it up w/ the hanger they sell at SA wilsons (for about $5), b/c if you hang it by the handle on the side it tilts so much. The SA Wilsons hanger is designed to work with their cheap little plastic bucket; but I got it to work on my OHN stainless one w/ the side handle.
You have to order the hose, hose clamp, and tip separately at OHN (unless you buy a kit)... I got the silicone hose because I wanted a clear one. I LOVE being able to see the fluid, so you can tell what's happen'! http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Latex-Neoprene-Silicone-Enema-Hoses-or-Tu... I went ahead & got the 6-foot length. It's a tiny bit long (hanging from the shower curtain bar) but I can always cut it if need be.
I got a regular tip... but you can't use it for high enemas (which i've never done).
I got the blue clamp. I like it a lot... can use with one hand, which comes in handy! http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Multi-Position-and-On-Off-Enema-Hose-Clam...
So my total for enema equipment was somewhere around $50
Again, Uny can advise you better. But I will say it's worth it to get a good setup. Otherwise you might get frustrated with it.
Off to bed now!

Wow, thanks for all the links Bundles lol, now I don't have to go searching for everything. I'm the search queen so its nice this time I don't have to do it!
Glad you're feeling better, its sucks to feel bad. Uny told me if you're feeling bad after a LF doing a CE will help with that so you were smart girl!
Have a good night.
Willow
Thats what most people say about doing CE's, makes them feel good.
I guess I'll cover the bathroom floor with towels to catch the spray for the first few until I get used to it lol.
