Thanks for the advice.
I've tried MOM topically before anyone mentioned that it might help. I tried it straight on my feet and ankles but did not notice any relief.
People keep trying to tell me I have arthritis, I just don't think so.
As to my arms, shoulders, etc. I can't reach around enough to get a towel there. I loved ML's suggestion about using a stick. I grew up on a farm and found sticks to come in quite handy in many a circumstance.
My elbows, shoulder are so bad, I literally cried the other morning as I had a shirt on that I decided not to wear to work and couldn't get the darn thing off! I just stood there and cried. Then of course, was late for work.
I will try the MOM tonight on calf muscles and see what happens.
Can't wait to take a full bath soak. My back muscles are soooo tight! Shoulder won't move.
Did a foot soak with ES and h202 but didn't like the results, I think the hot water is playing havoc on my already tired, sore, achy feet.
Wonder if I could do a "warm" foot soak with the same results.
