If you read further down it tells you how to wean yourself on the diet. It also tells you how to work in the antifungals and so forth. I don't know if you are going to school full time but you want to make sure you are getting a good diet with fiber to keep you regular and your body in motion. The reason you went after eating the broccoli is because it contains fiber.
Now I think by juicing veggiies and fruits on the go juicing would be good with fruits and veggies (while in school) because certain veggies, if they make you smell it wouldn't be good to eat them on the days you are in school. Lots of people in the forum have been doing well with some jucing,i learned that once you start taking enzymes and other things for your digestive flora , your digestive flora changes. I've been taking Mitamins (with enzymes and probotics in the ingredients for 3 months) And my digestive flora has changed tremendously because of the anti fungals too because they also strenghten your immune system too.. And stay away from trigger foods too. They talk about taking good oils like codliver oil( they actually have those in pills or flavors like orange/strawberry) If you've had a problem with acid in the past too much orange juice is not good because of the acid. Eat light on the days you are in school because you don't want to feel sleepy or tired.some of the veggie juice with fruit could be handy or some nice soup,Campel soup cups or home made soups.
Eat a good breakfast before going to school (they have diets that you can follow on the site for breakfast and lunch ect.)And you can follow it for dinner or get some ideas from another site. But fruit has fiber too. I think something like Fibercon may be good,it's a powder you can put in your drinks and you can even put it in your food when cooking,Psysium husk is too harsh to take every day. (i was taking colon cleanse pills everyday and they messed up my stomach because it was too much, and my stomach was sensitive to everything. On the bottle of the Fibercon they tell how much you can use,you don't need to add a lot. I chew 2 Fiber choice a day but I think the Fiber Con may be better for you, if you put it in water the water stays clear, it just disolves like safe and it's very gentle.
Eating oatmeal for breakfast maybe good.(no milk) And just take a few probotics and antifungals but wean them in slowly(It takes you step by step) and the days you are not in school, I would do more of the diet then, all that info is in the sites, you have to read all the way to the bottom and click on certain things to the left. You want to be focused on your studies not thinking too much about your diet while in school.I'm, sure others will have ideas for you too.
Hi Mary;
I just wanted to clear something up, I mentioned that you can cook with Fibercon actually it's Benefiber that you can cook with. And the Fiberchoice (which I take) are the ones rhat comes in different flavors and choices (some contain antioxidants, calcium and so forth, you chew 2 a day) I read that with Fibercon you have to be careful because it can interacts with some meds. But use wisdom Mary, you know what your body needs, I would still eat certain foods to give you what you need in your body, if you do the Candida diet do it very very slowly and don't get yourself too caught up. Eat, take your probotics and enzymes and antifungals you will be fine, you don't need to be beating yourself up with the diets, believe me it will take your concentration away from your studies and you don't want that, if you cheat so what? Sometimes it's good to have a good meal, with all your favorite things, infact some nutritionist recommend cheating and then going back on the diet, the process is long it's not going to happen overnite. And if you feel it's too much for you to handle you can do online clesses while you get yourself together. I'm going for nursing but within a year I will be on campus doing my clinicals.
