It’s very easy to gain weight. Not so easy to loose, unless you really want.

I have been trough absolute hell in past 3 years, worse than many could imagine.

I do not recommend any diet. You need to change your life permanently and keep it that way. This means you eat quit normally but not too much. Follow the healthy eating advice generally and exercise. There is no magic tricks in it!
