My dentist gave me an
Antibiotic to stop the infection, but until I started using warm salt water (flushing the hole only slightly and not for long) and then dropping a few drops of silver on the hole, did it start healing quickly. The incision is almost closed now.
At first I felt that I was thinking clearer, maybe more on my feet. Now, I'm not too sure I feel as good. I should add that I have other issues that play into how I feel. Children who are sick, myself not sleeping good, and for that past couple weeks, I've been having painful joints and muscles and my insulin pump sites have been getting infected. So, I'm guessing that I have an active inflammation going on.
The dentist thought that my upper left tooth only needed to be filled, however, I told the dentist that I thought it needed to be pulled because it felt like the other teeth where the root failed. The dentist really thought it was the cavity. The tooth is still sensitive and did not improve after the filling. I'm not pleased and after getting my bill, I'm thinking there was other motives involved. If you live in VA be cautious about the dentist you pick. I won't be going back to this dentist.
