Dear Groovychick,
I don't have any insights into the
cause of female facial hair, but I
do have a suggestion. I offer it
because I'm convinced that 99 percent of bodily problems, whatever
they be, are caused by the foods
and drinks we eat, as well as self-induced stress.
Congratulations for making major
changes to your diet. Why not take
it a step or two further? Why not
become a vegetarian for 3 months?
You've tried all the packaged protocols, and had no success. I strongly suggest you stop eating
all meat, dairy, and processed foods
for 90 days as an experiment. You want
to eat at least 75 percent living
foods, if possible, and you want to
drink LOTS of pure water: between
2 and 4
quarts per day; the more,
the better. No soda pop, coffee,
or alcohol. Lots of fresh juices.
You sound like a determined young
woman. I'm sure you could become
a vegetarian for 3 months. It might
have a positive effect on the facial
hair, but it will SURELY have a
beneficial effect on every cell and
organ in your body.
I also suggest you do some colon,
liver, and kidney cleanses. Clean
the toxins out of your intestinal
tract.
Then there's the stress. You admit
that not a waking minute goes by,
without you thinking negatively of
the facial hair. That's self-induced
stress; negative energy that you're
storing within your body. In 10
or 15 years, those negative blockages -- all the anger, envy,
disappointment, anxiety, and hatred
relating to the facial problem --
could manifest themselves as a Major
illness or degenerative condition.
I think you need to make peace with
your facial hair. Yes, you want a
face that has few if any hair. And
you're going to try a new vegan
protocol which may help. But you
also must stop hating those existing
hairs; stop looking at yourself
endlessly in the mirror, and then
going ballistic. That isn't hurting
the hair, and it IS going to hurt
your body; not to mention your mind.
I'm a long-time believer in talking
to my body. I do that with affirmations that I say every morning. I strongly suggest you begin saying some positive affirmations every morning -- some
of which you need to write yourself.
They must be in the PRESENT tense;
not that you WILL do something, but
that you ARE doing it -- and it's
having a positive effect. At first,
the affirmations will be just pretend. By mid-summer, they may seem like deep wisdom. Consider
saying something like this:
l) My immune system has found a way
to eliminate unwanted facial hair from my face. The hair follicles are
dying, and will not be replaced.
2) I'm no longer eating the toxic
food that caused hair to grow on my
face. As a result, the hair is no
longer growing.
3) The unwanted hair on my face has
caused me to completely change my
eating-regimen. That change is going
to save me from cancer, diabetes,
or some other horror, in the years
ahead. I realize now that what seemed like a curse, was, in fact, a
Blessing.
You may choke the first time you say
that final affirmations. But if you
can picture yourself at age 40, in
radiant good health, then this entire ordeal may well seem like a
blessing.
Talk to the facial hair. Tell it that you learned a much-needed lesson from it, but now, it can go.
Ask the hair follicles to dissolve
themselves, or better yet, transfer
themselves to your head. Don't be
angry. Talk to your body parts, as
you would to a child: with love and
compassion.
Bodies DO listen. But it's up to us
to instruct them. Once they know
what our INTENTIONS are -- not our
wishes, but our intentions -- they
usually do their best to please us.
You'll find lots of good affirmations on the affirmation forum. Copy those that resonate with
you, and begin saying them ASAP.
Enough for now! I hope this didn't
sound too airy-fairy to you. Good
luck in your quest to eliminate the
facial hair, and to like the image you see
in your mirror.
Blessings,
Owen
