Dear Sierra,
It is best to do the
parasite cleanse first (before the liver flush) although it isn't essential. You will still get
Gallstones out although you may get nauseous in the process. Nevertheless, my husband didn't do any other cleanses first he just did the
Liver Flush and had no nausea or anything. Got lots of stones and luckily he had no problems at all.
HOWEVER .... you are saying that you have "MASSIVE pain" in the lower back.
Gallstones cause pain in the UPPER back. So my guess is that you don't actually need to do the
Liver Flush at present.
You need to determine what is causing your lower back pain. Don't mess around with this. Go to your doctor and have a scan done. You can always determine how you will treat the condition once you have an accurate diagnosis.
But messing around giving yourself
Liver Flushes or cleansing your kidneys won't help if you have a serious underlying pathology. Although I certainly hope that this isn't the case.
Pain that increases or decreases with activity (sitting, standing, bending or twisting) is normally a mechanical problem (vertebrae). However pain that is burning, aching, dragging and continuous ie. nothing makes it worse and nothing alleviates it - this sort of pain is normally due to problems with internal organs (eg. adrenal glands, kidneys etc).
Hope this is of some help Sierra,
Love,
Princess Fiona.
