Adding B and P shakes are a good source - cleaning out your bowel is important too - that maybe an issue. In doing all this using castor oil to keep things moving out is good. There's an herb cascara sagrada that's pretty good. Check out the form herein on cleansings.

were your bowls regular before the cleanse??
I was on both humaworm and humaclease, drinking 2 quarts of water daily, and got constapated, well, not to that point, but definatley felt slow for me!! RG told me to stop the cleanse, and since I was regular before it, than I didn't really need to be on it in the first place. so, thats what I did, and I became regular again!! I was also advised to do a plain water enema. I don't know about using castor oil, it might sweep away the herbs, and you don't want it to do that! You should find out about that more.
