Hi everyone,
I am prepping for my 3rd flush at the moment with ACV. I have been ill for some weeks now with flu/allergies, but am finally strong enough to consider another flush. (had to abandon the parasite cleanse)
Just a question on Epsom Salts . The first Epsom Salts I used were described as ' Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate BP'...they worked fine. This time however, the epsom salts are labelled as 'Magnesium Sulphate, Heptahydrate Ph Eur, (epsom salts). My husband brings them from Ireland for me. I was just wondering if the second one with the 'heptahydrate' is safe to consume?
I have read its important to make sure they are for internal use.

Pl excuse me, I cannot answer your question about the ES. If no one on this forum comes up with a good answer, may I suggest you take your question to the Ask Moreless Forum? Some years ago I bought a bag of ES that said USP as well on it and could´nt figure that one out. Moreless said (in my words!)that the USP was a USPharma grade "certifying" it had been cleaned and was OK to use. Apparently some ES can be contaminated. What a relief to know it was OK!

I emailed the company who sell the Epsom Salts earlier to ask them if they were pure...or otherwise. I got a bit scared when I read that some salts can contain arsnic/toxic substances etc. I will let you know what they come back with. I will maybe go to the forum you suggested in the meantime.
Yes, I had severe hayfever plus a bad flu the last weeks which basically had me sleeping around the clock. It started to ease off at the weekend so I thought I'd try another flush to see if it helped. I'm finding even taking the ACv difficult tho! Its making me quite nauseous, but I'll stick with it.

Heptahydrate just means there are 7 water molecules attached to it. Anhydrous (no water) is generally used as a drying agent since it so readily absorbs water
In the words of Wickepedia
Almost all known mineralogical forms of MgSO4 occur as hydrates.
All I did was google magnesium sulphate heptahydrate

This is a reply to # 1,435,104Hi Msteve....thanks so much for that. Of course I should have googled it myself....I just wondered if anyone on the forum had used the salts in this form. I contacted the company who sold them but they told me they were merely wholesalers.
I think they'll be safe enough to use. I'll take the chance anyway as I seriously need to flush this week.
