I am currently behind 50-60 posts - I will respond to yours "in posting order".
Please elaborate more fully on your 'cleansing history'...colon cleansing (when, how often, what product); kidney cleansing (same);
parasite (same)
Cleansing history includes full
Colon Cleanse with psyllium &
Bentonite clay plus Nature Sunshine herbs to cleanse tissues in like 1990 … followed a regimen that herbal instructor through the university extension program had class do (P& B shakes 3-5 times a day with herbs 3 times a day in between P & B shakes). Then Moved to country and clean air.
1995 attended classes by Hanna Kroger and did several different cleanses she recommended based on her testing of me. I don't remember them all, but know one was a
parasite cleanse for fish flukes specifically as well as a general
parasite cleanse using her
Wormwood Combination, and
Black-Walnut tincture.
Dec. 1995 switched from lacto-ovo vegetarian to vegan vegetarian. Started out on the Halleluja Diet which is 85% raw vegan. Gradually shifted to a 50-50 raw/cooked.
1996 did first
Liver Flush using
Hulda Clark recipe. (Was a very rough cleanse experience, maybe 500 stones.) Also did
Hulda Clark e kidney cleanse.
Year 2000 diagnosed gluten sensitive. I have always been prone to diarrhea, but by this time was alternating diarrhea with bowel movements where feces were thinner/smaller than my little finger. (Age 50) Also moved to the southeast this year. (polluted air) Once got off all gluten both diarrhea and the pencil thin feces cleared up.
Between 1998 and 2003 did several more parasite cleanses using
Hulda Clark es early directions where she had people use Hanna Kroger
Wormwood Combo in modified dosage increases to high level and then back down again, along with
Black-Walnut tincture and something else (pre-Clarkia days). Did Hulda Clarke
kidney cleanse tea. Found Curezone first year it was internet, started doing the
Liver Flushes regularly using Hulda Clarke recipe.
2002 did first Master Cleanse 10 day. 2003 did second Master Cleanse 10 day with integrated P&B shakes.
Liver Flushing 6-7 years = how many
Liver Flushes is that? yield/results?
Between 2001 and 2004 did 30 Hulda Clarke
Liver Flushes (took that many to have 3 flushes without stones.) Then impressed by the Lord to do the Hanna Kroger
Liver Flush to remove heavy metals and pesticides & pharmaceuticals. Got lot a whole pile of the small sinker stones. Since then have done maintenance flushes (Hulda Clarke) as indicated by body, have probably done close to 50 flushes total in my life.
How much water do you drink daily?
2 quarts, sometimes a bit more. I use distilled water (feel better on it.)
Current pharmaceuticals, otcs, herbs (organic or not) - past pharmaceuticals.
No current pharmaceutical, OTCs, or regular herbs. Use SleepTime Extra occasionally for sleep, occasionally catnip tea (I gather wild) to relieve muscular aches and pains. Use charcoal and psyllium poultices or charcoal, wild harvested comfrey and fresh ground flaxseed poultices occasionally. Use iodine, but not regularly anymore. Also use Trapper's
SSKI , but not real regularly.
>>>Problem: Persistent internal inflammation, as evidenced by
food allergies , occasional abdominal swelling, lung issues, aches and pains, Eustachian tubes/ ears nearly always have a full feeling, especially after eating. Chronic fatigue. I have finally whittled it down to inflammation being the culprit. Eating allergy foods heightens the inflammatory reaction. Inflammation goes up and pain level goes up.<<<
I don't know what you mean by "persisten internal inflammation" - that's pretty vague - please elaborate fully what you mean.
When I eat an offending food, Eustachian tubes swell shut, some kind of internal swelling seems to occur at base of skull producing violent headache at base of skull that wraps around head (brain stem swelling???)Sometimes abdomen swells up. Also, sometimes heartbeat races.
What kind of lung issues?
Have a history of 2 dozen + pneumonias as child up to about age 30. Then moved to Oregon and developed chronic fuzziness (??Fungus) in my lungs. When eat offending food, fuzziness increases and have hard time breathing (shortness of breathe) Doctor tested me on a breath-o-meter and blowing as hard as I can, I barely hit the 70% for my age group. Found the
Iodine supplementation forum about one month after its inception. Started iodine. About a year into it I ramped up the dosage to 300 mg per day for 2 weeks and the fuzziness (like maybe a fungus) is now a thing of the past. So when I get a lung reaction it is now minimum compared to what it was, but I still notice more difficulty getting a breath.
How many bowel movements daily/weekly? Consistency/color?
2 bowel movements a day. Drink ½ to 1
quart warm water first thing in the morning and promptly have first bowel movement within 30 min. Consistency is firm but pliable. Color is normally medium to dark brown. If color goes light or chalky I know it is time to do a liver flush.
Describe an "allergy reaction". A true allergy? (skin itching, hives, shortness of breath/airway constriction) or "other reaction".
True
food allergies , as documented by blood test for IgG and IgE responses ( immediate response and delayed response). Casein, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, goat milk, whey, yogurt, garlic, lettuce, red tomato, amaranth, buckwheat, wheat gluten, spelt, kamut, millet, brown rice, pecans, blueberry, red grapes, pineapple, watermelon, cocoa bean, coffee bean,
Sugar cane, baker's yeast, bean sprouts, chili pepper, flaxseed, navy bean, sunflower, kidney bean.
Skin has always been dry and itchy. I had terrible eczema as a teenager and in 20s and 30s, then it started improving. With some of the foods, I get abdominal swelling with pain (can suddenly look 9 months pregnant) sometimes followed by the tiny turds about 24 hours later(especially if any gluten) , Eustachian tubes swell shut, swelling around base of skull, more difficulty breathing, fatigue. Sometimes, like if sesame seeds in a dish and I don't notice and eat it, throat will constrict or I have choking sensation.
Back when I still ate meat and cheese, I finally figured out that 2 hours after eating the slightlest amount of meat I would get tachycardia (racing heartbeat… very pronounced). Also, since I didn't eat cheese all that often, finally correlated that when I ate cheese (like in lasagna), 24 hours later I would get a weird, awful headache. With at home testing, found that my blood pressure would be really elevated, like 140/90. My blood pressure usually runs low. When I eliminated cheese, no more high blood pressure episodes.
What's your source/s of B12?
Injectable B12 on occasion—every 2-3 months I get an IV Cocktail… B12 with B complex, calcium, magnesium and Vit. C. The cocktail helps with fatigue and once a year or so get a bottle of sublingual B12. B12 is supposedly in the nodules of legumes, I eat lentils.
Mental/emotional status?
Pretty good. However, my Vit. D tends to be low (celiacs don't absorb oil soluble vitamins well as a rule). My Vit. D tends to be quite low. Doctor placed me on 50,000 units of Vit. D2 every 2 weeks, which raised my Vit. D level only to 19. So in wintertime I get Seasonal Affected Disorder. Started going to a tanning booth this year which helps in how I feel. Haven't re-done Vit. D since started tanning as money has been tight, so only going on body response, don't know how much it has raised it.
