No need to be sorry, this is an interesting and complex question with no single answer. To sum it up, it all depends on balance of food and liquid consumption, levels of physical activity, genes, age, and the individual's overall state of health (and probably other factors as well).
A person can be a vegetarian and have poor dietary habits if they consume refined flour products and junk food snacks to an excessive level.
On the other hand, a person who eats moderate amounts of meat and fish, along with a regular diet of fruits and vegetables, can have an easier time moving their bowels on their own than the vegetarian I describe above, as well as a smoother and easier release during a colonic.
It's difficult for me to predict in advance the results to expect from a
colonic based on how a first-time client describes their dietary habits. There is also the important factor of the inborn peristaltic strength of the muscles of the colon. Some people, no matter how hard they try to maintain natural regularity, just do not have physiologic capability to do so without additional assistance.
I didn't mean to discourage you from trying Potty Toddy if you thought it might help you. I'm just not familiar with it, and I didn't want you to think that you were obliged to purchase it just because you went there for a colonic.
The message I would like to leave you with is whatever your preferences are, vegetarian, vegan, or meat eater, moderation is the key factor. You can overdo or splurge on almost any food occasionally, as long as the large majority of the time you eat a healthy balanced diet and get the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.
Best wishes for a pleasant and successful
colonic session!
