This is my first post..from past experience, I learned it's best to look to others in similar situations, than to try to share with friends and family...I'm 50 years old with a plethora of health problems. My dr, whom is an FNP, is great. However, she suspects I am very infected with yeasts. She directed me to a website, told me what to order from it, and told me to do the yeast free diet. That's it. I have studied and studied, to the point I could have an anxiety attack over all this...can someone please tell me a specific book that will help me with this diet? There's so much info on the net....I want to remain optomistic, and choose not to learn too much, if you know what I mean.......??? I hope this diet and the proper native remedies, will relieve me from the conditions I've been plagued with over the past 10 years. And I hope, this is all in time? Any guidance would be most appreciated.
