Oh hell yes, and a few more symptoms too. I didn't have the heavy periods though, mine just disappeared. I grieved for them (yes I was sad to see Flo go....!!)
I think all those organs are interconnected in a big way. I used to get the runs every month during my peri-menopausal times. And then I'd get really constipated.
Mine all came on when I first discovered natural health. I started this regiment of good eating, supplementing, and cleanses. Within a year I was starting to lessen all those symptoms, and then didn't really have any symptoms at all. I slid into full on menopause without a bit of discomfort.
But I may be different. We are all subject to our genetics. While this may have helped me, you might experience what your Mother or sisters go through. I'm adopted so I have no idea what I was to expect. But I had some of those things you first posted. I hated the colon thing. It was a real pain in the butt!!LOL. Felt like someone stuck a stick up my ass.
Those organs are not alone. You can't treat one independently. You really have to work on full body health right now. Treat your liver. Treat your colon. Exercise your lungs. Do it all right now and up the ante. Perhaps you do this now, and if so I don't know what to say to you.
Oil Pull. I'll leave it at that.
