Apple Cider Vinegar and Constipation
Per Paul Braggs he says important the bowels move regularly and freely.
Outgo should = intake. You should have a bowel movement soon after arising and within an hour after meals.
Flaxseed tea with ACV acts as a bowel lubricant just as fresh fruits vegetables distilled water.
ACV Bowel Lubricant Drink: boil 2 Cups Distilled water
add 2 Tbspoons Flaxseed
Continue to boil 10 minutes
Strain off flaxseed. The Liquid becomes jellylike.
Dilute with more water before drinking.
Upon arising daily drink a cup of it with 1 tsp ACV until you get
good daily bowel movements.
Super Bowel Cleanser to Use:
1 Tbspoon Oat Bran
1/2 Psyllium husk powder
to ACV cocktail-a glass distilled water--herb tea--diluted juice or
ACV flaxseed lubricant drink.
Let mixture soak 1 minute b4 drinking.
Braggs says this helps cleanse mucus along the small intestine and colon walls and pulls toxins from gastrointestinal tract.
I personally fear the Oat Bran ( read somewhere long ago it never
comes out it is always stuck in the colon????)
Like one person b4 me that was telling you to use olive oil
Braggs says to use over salads, veggies, potatoes
Olive Oil purifies the colon and is just plain good.
Braggs says for easier flowing bowel movements :
Squatting is the natural way to have a bowel movement. It opens
up the anal area more directly. I put my feet up on a footstool
or thrash can to give the same squatting effect.
Here's a secret I just learned and will never tell anyone.HaHa
To leave a cheap enema bottle next to the toilet and keep castor
oil around to place alittle in it. Use it for emergencies like
when you feel constipated and want to strain. I found relief
from this quickey idea. I felt I thought this up all myself but
I know I just got tired of hurting when I strained any.
You learn to find a way to solve problems the more you get confronted by these pain in the butt problems.
Braggs suggests to
after you get self in squatting position
to from behind use your fingers to gently pull up on the edge
of the anus opening-----this helps it roll out easier.
Damn I say put your finger in the mess and accompany the bowel
out the door slicing it in half to avoid yourself straining/
misery.
I can't get any blunter ....but if it helps folks like us I will

When you do find yourself hurting than Castor Oil can do you many
wonders like removing eye makeup, I've seen it in Willards Water
...but just apply alittle on your sore spot and Castor Oil per
Edgar Casey goes thru your skin into the organs and deep heals
weak sick organs.
I bet if you use that Castor Oil in an enema regularly to heal
yourself it will make you feel a whole lot healthier.
Braggs also suggests to check elimination time:

Have some fresh corn for evening meal.
Purposely dont chew kernels. Chk stools 2 see when the corn is eliminated. This per Braggs shld b within 10 to 14 hrs.
When the body is cleansed of toxins and malnutrition...the body

Water is the answer to good health and no constipation problems.
Swallow white/black mustard seeds daily whole without chewing.
First thing in a.m., eat figs or banana. eat ripe banana after dinner.
sprinkle oat bran 2 T. on everything you eat like soup salads stews
daily.
in the a.m. 1 Tablespoon cornmeal in water and drink
Also try eating a ripe avocado with onion and lemon juice/and spices like curry cumin to taste.
Aloe Vera Juice is a must in the am and b4 bedtime. 2
oz is good to drink.use stevia if needed.
Sweet potato eaten as a dessert soft cooked is great.
Carrot Juice is wonderful. It opens up the lungs too as well as other things.
Grapefruit juice in the am is great.
Cooked cabbage eaten full of fiber helps
Pumpkin seeds are great for guys.
Apples great.
Salads, bayberry tea, prunes,
make candy with prunes raisins figs apricots and oats, seeds.
eat slice of it as candy daily.
EXercise exercise exercise is good for bowels which is what I should do but don't enough.
Pineapples papayas great for colon cleanses.
Stress causes to much constipation so don't do that either.
Laugh and enjoy rubs from the wife.
eat nothing but tomato everything in every way to clean alot of your organs like colon stomach prostrates liver alot of things.
theres lots of recipes with ACV to clean out what you need cleaning when taken alittle daily.
