"As if it wasn’t embarrassing enough for Sen. John McCain when he called for Joe the Plumber to stand up and be recognized at a campaign rally in Defiance, OH., only to find out that Joe wasn’t there, it turns out that almost the entire crowd of 6,000 was forced to be there.

A local school district official confirmed after the event that of the 6,000 people estimated by the fire marshal to be in attendance this morning, more than 4,000 were bused in from schools in the area. The entire 2,500-student Defiance School District was in attendance, the official said, in addition to at least three other schools from neighboring districts, one of which sent 14 buses.
There’s really no better way to create the illusion of enthusiasm for a candidate than by enlisting the support of children who presumably face punishment for skipping school if they don’t attend."

Like the self loving liberals who unctuously congratulate themselves endlessly at vacuous self serving award ceremonies, the Obamabot crowd is infatuated with glamour and vanity.
They flock to see the Messiah just like they do at an academy award ceremony. They love theatrics, styrofoam pillars. They are sucked in by the glam and glitter of surface. It's the bread and circus crowd. A socialists wet dream.
They are idol worshippers. They hunger for a glimpse of the one who has arrived to part the waters. They fawn and grovel for his blessing.
McCain's voters, on the other hand, are hard at work, on the job supporting the American Way while paying their taxes so the socialist couch potatoes can pick their noses and worship the holy one promising free tickets, free health care, free welfare, and sharing the wealth so the masses can have their fantasies fulfilled.
McCain's voters don't need no Messiah. They look inside for direction. They look towards the values of supporting life, not sucking it dry.
They look toward hard work and sacrifice in their process of realization, and not to government, the parasitic vampire of more regulation and control. They believe in freedom, and individual rights, and not predatory socialistic suffocation.
So yes, there is a difference between the crowds. One group of voters understands and sees through phony promises of false hope, and fake change, and the other group, well the other group...
just doesn't get it.

The McCain Tax cuts would primarily benefit the rich: $45,000 less in average taxes from current tax bills for those making over $600,000 and a whopping $270,00 less on average for those making over $2.9 Million a year. Just think of all the illegal alien landscaping guys MD could put to work with all that tax relief.
Oh yeah, the McCain plan would add far more to the national deficit than would Obama's.
It is the OTHER plans of Obama's that would add to the budget and those are the ones that bother me - foreign aid to poor countries, the youth corps, carbon tax, etc - not the tax plans.
As has been noted here before - there are plenty of legitimate areas to attack Obama. No need to repeat crap from the smear mill.

If you actually go to those links, as I did months ago when I began receiving the exact same message you posted in emails which included the same links you just posted, you will actually find that the information posted on Snopes is correct.
(You see that is the thing and that is why I jumped on the message. I had gotten it months ago and followed it to the links and found the errors contained throughout the message. It is a common trick in bogus emails to list links that don't really confirm the message. Often, such messages will even say "confirmed by Snopes", but when you go to Snopes you find out just the opposite.)
For example, the message you posted assumes a return to the pre-Bush tax cuts, but Obama's proposed taxes only restore the pre-Bush tax rates on incomes above $250,000 and actually add additional tax cuts to most incomes below it.

It was THAT message that furnished those references as proof of the distorted facts it contained. When you go to those references you find that they do not support the message.
