Castor oil cleanse as recommended by SAN2006

I did a Humaworm parasite course recently and got really bloated and constipated. I have been doing this castor oil cleanse each week for a month now. I am having BMs in between times (unlike when I was doing enemas) but not enough and still masses of gas and bloating. But I feel good for a few days after doing it. I am only taking 4 tablespoons (not 60ml). Any one done this cleanse and is still liking it? How are you getting on?
I also did 3 days of the castor oil pack. I found it quite surprisingly easy to do. I was so paranoid about getting oil everywhere I lay in the empty bath. More comfortable when I put an old cushion in! I got a "rash" exactly the shape of the flannel on my stomach. I washed with baking soda and it went. The first morning after was very good - I felt better, clearer and the white tongue went but returned later. Day 2 and 3 no improvement at all to bloating and constipation. Anyone still doing the pack? Shall I perservere?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,242,105Hun, I have been doing castor oil packs for years. I have never heard of using the bathtub. But whatever works. Here is what I do & mabey you could try:
I fold like two bath sized towels in half and place one on top of the other and put them on top of my bedsheets. Then I lay down, put the oil on the flannel, apply the saran wrap & the heating pad over that. It can get on your sheets but the towels really help that from happening.
It is impossible to get the oil out of fabrics totally, in my experience. In between uses, I store the flannel in the refrigerator in a tupperware style container. Then I replace it every so often when it just feels too soaked through.
Hope that helps. Use some towels you don't mind staining. You can wash them but it will leave stains.

This is a reply to # 1,252,780I've done a few packs now and have gained confidence & moved to the bed! I found it quite easy to handle the oil. I don't over saturate. On the other hand maybe I should as, to be honest I am not getting any results. My stomach is sore and bloated and it does nothing for my constipation. SADLY! Does it take time?
Castor oil flushes on the other hand are much more successful. I have done 4 the last month on a weekly basis. It certainly gets things moving and I started to do BM's in between (not much but better than nothing as I am enema dependent otherwise). I noticed the BM's much better in colour and with a healthy smell. BUT... the last one I did I was tired,dizzy and sore afterwards (felt great the 3 previous times) and the next day very bloated again.
After a week I tried an enema again- great result but a very sore stomach for 2 days after.
To be honest I am at my wit's end. The bloating and soreness in my stomach is a nightmare.

I am getting ready to do a castor oil pack tonight.
