Starting is always the toughest, the trick is to have things to fill the time and have replacements for the eating habits. Go to the library, get some inspirational books, maybe a video and something to do with your hands. I paint and draw and play guitar. I also bake, but I never recommend that to others because I like the activity of baking and can go without trying it and that is really tough for most people. Get a "reach for" replacement, so instead of "reaching for" a cookie/chips/whatever, reach for a special "you only" drink.
juicing helps because it is like meal prep and it fills the time. Shop for specific fruits to juice, get really picky and say things like "I have to have an organic, fresh golden delicious apple for my juice or it won't be right". Meditate if you can, and remember this is about helping you be a better you and that will be better for everyone around you as well. Now hit the ground running and show me up by fasting twice as long as I do!
