Yepper, we are being buried alive by cell
phones, in one way or another...
Tis true, I have always been very fond of
my privacy and will unplug a land phone or
put up a "do not disturb" sign in a heartbeat
whenever I wanted to stop the flow of company
or people feeling they needed to reach out and
touch me. Dang I wish it was not such a rarity
and it is sobering since I am the only person,
besides you, I know who does not have a cell
phone. I have been given them as gifts which even
included paid plans in an effort to entice me
to join in and yet I merely apologize and hand
it back saying it is by choice I do not have
one, not that I cannot afford one.
Hard to say how one will get this cat back in
the bag since now even children have begun to
carry them and they are more ingrained in many
cultures than any other personal electronic device~!
Glad to see you are of a similar discerning
mind as me...ggg.
Bravo~!
blessings,
Zoe
