I can give you a reply after my first oil pulling experience, and from what I know..
Oils cause things in your body to "activate", Especially your liver. Your liver will produce a lot of bile as a result of oil. Oil under the tongue, or oil on the skin, is easily absorbed. If you are doing a full body rub, just think of how much surface area that is!! What you want to do next time is; before you "rub it on", put it in a tablespoon first. That way, you can keep track of "how many tablespoons am I eating via my skin". I think you might be amazed at the amount.
If you are feeling sick or dizzy, just imagine drink that much oil straight up, because that's basically what you have done, and in a shorter amount of time too because skin absorption beats digestion in speed!
The way I see it, first, are your kidneys clean?? If not, then I would venture that doing a full oil rub is dangerous, as the detox process might be too much for your kidneys to handle, and so it gives you the "shut it off NOW" warning to your body. Second, if it's just like drinking oil, then perhaps you should treat it like a liver flush. I mean, drink some apple juice every morning for a week first, before you try the oil rub. Chances are, you will pass some gallstones!! If your
Gallstones are all rock-hard, and you are rubbing a bunch of oil, and your liver is pumping out bile and it's getting stuck because your gallbladder is dirty and/or your bile ducts are all clogged, that sounds like a pretty good reason you are getting sick..
So my recommendation is definitely, (if you haven't)
1) Do a salt water flush
2) Do the lemonade cleanse
3) Do a kidney cleanse. (I do it via eating well blended
Watermelon for 2 days or so.) I also suppliment it with corn silk tea. The first time I tried it, my urine was milky white. I'm no doctor and don't play one on TV, but I've never pee'd out milk before, and so I assume that's a GOOD thing in that it's flushing SOMETHING out, but it's a BAD thing because well.. my pee should be colorless, or at least yellow with no solids!! It was not painful though.
4) Do a liver flush.. apple juice is your friend!!
5) Exercise.. Perhaps I should post some breathing techniques online so everybody can benefit. There are breathing techniques which greatly improve the circulation of your bowels. I sometimes teach an "anti-constipation" class...
